Ourgoals
-
Hands-on Experience for Students
We connect students with local Space-Tech companies. Additionally, they can also participate in conferences and seminars organized by ESA and its partners.
-
Promotion of the technical field in the South Moravian region
We spread awareness around the space industry to help people better understand why space is so important for day-to-day life.
-
Creating a community around space industry
We connect like-minded people who share a common curiosity and fascination with space. In doing so, we create an environment for sharing, learning and personal development.
We are the first in the Czech Republic!
As the first student team focused on the development of satellites in the Czech Republic, we face challenges from the initial stages of conception and design, through production and testing to the moment of final launch and operation. At the forefront of projects are always our students, who gain practical real-world experience that far exceeds the typical possibilities of an academic environment.
Not just satellites
We are a group of students and young professionals working together on satellite research and development. In addition, we are also trying to create an environment for the possibility to participate in the development of rovers and rockets. Through a practical approach, we strive to materialize new ideas and push boundaries.
Fly Your Satellite! Design Booster
Our main mission, CIMER (Cyanobacteria In Microgravity Environment Research), has achieved a significant milestone – it has been selected for the prestigious ESA Fly Your Satellite! Design Booster program. This program supports university teams in developing advanced CubeSat missions and opens the door to collaboration with experts from the European Space Agency (ESA). By participating in the program, we gain access to exclusive workshops, consultations, and state-of-the-art testing facilities. We receive valuable expertise, feedback from ESA specialists, and the opportunity to refine our satellite to the highest technological level.
