Project Creative Technology introduces creative disciplines across BUT
Thanks to the Creative Technology project, which connects architecture, art, design, and technology, the Brno University of Technology presents its creative fields. An exhibition and accompanying program are prepared for the public at KUMST in Brno.
The exhibition highlights that creative and cultural industries are promising fields with minimal ecological burden on landscapes and cities. Along with the growing rate of digitalization and globalization, creative and cultural industries are among the most progressive and lucrative directions of industrial development as a whole. Therefore, it is in the interest of society and future generations to see an increase in the number of workers in the creative industry.
Students and educators from several faculties of BUT are involved in the Creative Technology program. The fields of architecture, design, and game media are represented by the Faculty of Architecture, the Faculty of Fine Arts, the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering (Department of Industrial Design), and the Faculty of Civil Engineering (Department of Architecture).
