Rector's Decision easing the restrictions

DECISION No. 3/2020 IN RELATION TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CRISIS SITUATION IN THE SPREAD OF CORONAVIRUS

Article 1 BUT Crisis Staff

1. The BUT Crisis Staff remains operational.

2. Members of the BUT Crisis Staff:

   a) Will be operationally available and ready to participate in the convened meetings of the crisis staff.

   b) Ensure reliable and verified transmission of information (especially according to Article 2) and decisions of the crisis staff to other senior employees of faculties and departments.

Article 2 Special legal regulations and measures of public administration bodies

1. BUT is governed by legal regulations and measures of the Ministry of Health or other public administration bodies taken in connection with the coronavirus pandemic, as amended.

2. BUT does not introduce measures that would determine the scope of rights or obligations beyond the standards and measures under paragraph 1.

Article 3 Final Provisions

1. This Internal Standard shall enter into force on the date stated in its title (9^th June 2020)
