The Faculty of Architecture took measures due to the threat of flooding
In view of the expected development of the flood situation and the resulting risk of flooding of Poříčí Street, the Crisis Staff of the Faculty of Architecture of BUT decided at its meeting on 13 September 2024 to close the building of the faculty to the public and students until Wednesday 18 September 2024.Classes in the new academic year will start online. The faculty will return to full-time teaching on Thursday, 19 September 2024. Classes of first year undergraduate programmes will not be taught on these days at all. They will start on Thursday, 19 September 2024. Despite these restrictions, classes will be fully carried out in the winter semester 2024/2024.
This decision may be adjusted as the situation develops. Due to the anticipated non-functionality of the website, updates will be communicated to the academic community and staff via email as well as social media (Facebook and Instagram). Please contact the Study Department and other staff by email if necessary.
