TU Wien representatives visited BUT

On June 5th 2012 representatives of Technische Universität Wien (TU Wien) lead by rector prof. Sabine Seidler visited Brno University of Technology (BUT). Delegation was invited by BUT rector, prof. Karel Rais. During the visit both parties discussed actual and new forms of cooperation. Delegation from Wien was introduced to scientific focus of our university on both levels – general and specific scientific results. Both parties confirmed interest in further development of cooperation (from BUT 5 faculties are involved) and TU Wien representatives finished their stay by visiting famous functionalist monument – Villa Tugendhat – that was recently renovated.
