Článek pojednává o možnostech využití systému inteligentních budov, jeho výhodách a způsobech řízení. V první části článku jsou popsány aspekty řízení systému inteligentních budov. Dále jsou popisovány vstupní a výstupní prvky systému, označené též jako senzory a aktory. V poslední části článku jsou představeny jednotlivé moduly systémů inteligentních budov.

This paper discuses posibilities of exploitation intelligent building system, their advantages a and possible solutions. The main aspects of the control and administration of intelligent building system are described in the first chapter. The next chapter is focused on input and output elements of the system, known as sensors and actuators. The final chapter introduces modules of intelligent building system.
