  5. Konfigurace a nastavení IP sítě - Cisco Unified Communication.
  6. Číselné plány. Připojení analogových přístrojů přes IP telefonii.
  7. Nastavení kvality služeb - třídy služeb, politiky. Typy front.
  8. Klasifikace paketů. Testování tříd přenosů.
  9. Softwarová ústředna Asterisk.
