Goal of this thesis is to make: background research regarding to the motion of bicycles, analysis of problematic manoeuvres (turning, lateral displacement, braking, wave at direct ride, motion of bicycle when cyclist turns backward, safety lateral distance from vehicle and obstacle...), methodology of measurement and measurement of problematic manoeuvres of bicycle, evaluation of results according to the suggested parameters, discussion of results, conclusions in the form of tables, graphs and formulation of recommendation in relation to legislation.

The theme is focused on the comparison of the institutional issues in the expertising within the member states of the European Union. This includes a critical analysis of issues such as the selection of experts, the exercise of their offices, selfgovernment, state control, etc. The treatment of the subject is to be used, in particular the comparative method.
