Goal of this work is to make analysis of current status and make technical interpretation of basic selected terms from traffic rules with accent on legal safeguard improvement for participants of traffic operations.
Tutor: Vémola Aleš, doc. Ing., Ph.D., dr. h. c.
Goal of this thesis is to make: background research regarding to the motion of bicycles, analysis of problematic manoeuvres (turning, lateral displacement, braking, wave at direct ride, motion of bicycle when cyclist turns backward, safety lateral distance from vehicle and obstacle...), methodology of measurement and measurement of problematic manoeuvres of bicycle, evaluation of results according to the suggested parameters, discussion of results, conclusions in the form of tables, graphs and formulation of recommendation in relation to legislation.
Tutor: Semela Marek, doc. Ing. Bc., Ph.D.
Goal of this work is to suggest methodical guidelines and suggestions for driver education from the view of traffic accident analysis and accident after-effects.
In the budgeting of construction work is in addition to information creators catalogs target prices are currently regulations or standards that would further address the budget process methodology for measurement of construction works in the processing of expert opinions. The aim of study and thesis should be to define a standard methodology for the implementation of the budget process for the processing needs of expert opinions, especially on the valuation of construction defects and failures and actually carried out the works. Result of the work should be to define standards for budgeting works for the development needs of expert opinions in the field of structural engineering. This theme is suitable for graduates of Faculty of Civil Engineering together with graduation in course of technical expertise in building construction.
Tutor: Šmahel Milan, Ing., Ph.D.
Working discuss the current development trends and vehicle design with a focus on the stiffness of the vehicles and the possibility of simulation programs used for the analysis of road accidents.
Goal: To elaborate an evaluation methodology of the effect of the motorvehicle model and type changes during their assessment.
Tutor: Kledus Robert, doc. Ing., Ph.D.
During the conflict, the destruction of vehicles of the parts of different materials (glass, plastics), the fragments are influenced by physical laws of gravity and flow. Depending on the type of conflict, especially when partial collisions at passing vehicles, the significant effect of aerodynamic forces on the fragments moving in the flow due to near surface of the vehicle.
Tutor: Forejt Milan, prof. Ing., CSc.
Work will deal with some mental disorders and defects as a cause of some accidents in transportation.
Tutor: Vykopalová Hana, prof. PhDr., CSc.
Work will address the importance of personality aspects and their role in the professional valuation of property.
Work will focus on safety and risks of transport in relation to victims and their consequences
Goal of this work is to unify the methodology of measurement and assessing of outer surfaces properties of building constructions, especially in accordance with ČSN standard (geometric accuracy in building construction and related ČSN standards). There is no methodology for assessment of outer surfaces at this moment, which could help experts at practice. Related ČSN standards only describe maximal allowed deviation, not methodology of assessment for the needs of expert at preparing of expert report. This thesis will result in standard, which will put more precisely the methodical procedures and which will help expert to solve problems of claims of outer surfaces properties on building constructions. This theme is suitable for graduates of Faculty of Civil Engineering together with graduation in course of technical expertise in building construction.
The aim is to establish procedures for an expert in the local investigation, depending on the type of injury or damage as defined under a rule according to the types of expertise.
Tutor: Alexandr Pavel, doc. Ing., CSc.
The objective of this work is to assemble regulations related to making of project documentation. Specify possible flaws of project documentation which is elaborated in given time period. Then suggest expert standard for surveying of this flaws.
The work will deal with assessing the reliability of humans in the work system in direct relation to risk management (including the risk factors of working environment, work and health)
