The Vox Iuvenalis choir (Latin for "voice of youth") was established in 1993 by graduates of Gymnázium Vídeňská. Since 2000, it has been the official choir of BUT, but its members also include students and graduates from other Brno universities. The choir focuses on a repertoire ranging from the 16th century to the present, with an emphasis on Czech choral works and 20th-century sacred music. Thanks to its high quality, it specializes in presenting lesser-known, challenging, and unique musical compositions.
