Group study rooms booking conditions

Group study rooms are exclusively for students and employees of Brno University of Technology.

The central library has 4 rooms, each with a capacity of 8 seats. The study room has a magnetic flipchart, whiteboard and desktop computer.

If you need to use the study room at a specific time, a reservation is recommended. However, the study rooms are freely available during Central Library opening hours if space is available.

To create a new reservation, simply click on the available block (30 min.) you want to reserve. Click and drag to stretch the block to a maximum of 4 hours. In the next step, click on the Reserve menu. In the new window that opens, you can adjust the time and other details if necessary, but for a successful booking you only need to click on the Save button.

In case you want to cancel or modify your reservation, just click on modify or cancel in your reservation.

Study room bookings can be made at least 12 hours prior to the classroom.
Study room bookings can be made for a maximum of 4 hours.
Reservations can be cancelled a minimum of 12 hours prior to the class.

There is no charge for reservations.

If you know that you cannot attend at the time you have chosen, be sure to cancel your reservation so that you do not block it unnecessarily and we have to resort to the last resort of fines.

Please note that team study rooms are for studying only, not for events. Please behave in such a way that you do not disturb the library with noise.
