Original Abstract

Life medical objects belong to the specimens which is difficult to image in a conventional scanning electron microscope (SEM) because of their frequent non-conductive surface. The low voltage scanning electron microscope (LV SEM) due to low energy of the primary electron beam allows the direct observation of these specimens. The aim of this contribution is to give information about possibilities of tooth surface imaging in SEM and LV SEM.
