Teaching methods depend on the type of course unit as specified in the article 7 of BUT Rules for Studies and Examinations.

Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes

1. Students have to pass semester test from the taught topics – max number of points for test is 40.
2. The exam consists of two parts – an oral exam , listening . Student may achieve max 60 points. Final assessment reflects also the points achieved in the test. Maximum number of points is 100.

The main objective of the course is to develop students’ language knowledge and skills necessary for general and specific purposes in the area of business and information technologies.
