Law system of the Czech state its development and place in the world context,and seen as a part of "European Law".The Constitution of the Czech Republic.Separation of powers.Legislative power,executive power,judiciary.Fundamental human rights.Getting general knowledge of possibilities and methods of business.Business of individuals and legal entities under Civil and Commercial Codes and Trade Act.Business based on the "authorisation"under the law on the Chamber of Authorised Professions in building industry.Survey of the most commonly used contractual relations.Nominate contracts under Civil and Commercial Codes,and innominate contracts.Basic labour-law relations,employment contracts and agreements.

Learning outcomes of the course unit

Basic legal concepts and the system of legal norms in the Czech Republic. Getting general knowledge of possiblities and methods of busines. Providing information of the system of nominate and innominate contracts and their application in practice.General information of labour-law relations,emplyment contracts and agreements.

The subject extends the knowledge gained in the course of secondary education,therefore no other technical is required.

1.Basic concepts.Law of the Czech state developnent.
2.List of branches in the system of Czech law.Interrelations betwen the Czech and European law.
3.The constitution of the Czech Republic.
4.Separation of powers.Legislative power,exekutive power,judiciary.
5.Fundamental human rigts.
6.Political rigts,rigts of national and ethnic minorities.
7.Economic,social and cultural rights.
8.Right to judicial and other legal protection.
9.Getting general knowledge of possibilities and methods of business.
10.Business of individuals and legal entities under Civil and Commercial Codes and Trade Act.
11.Business based on the "autorisation" under the law on the Chamber of Authorused Professions in building industry.
12.Survey of the most commonly used contractual relations.Nominate contracts under Civil and Commercial Codes,and innominate contracts.
13.Basic labour-law relations,employment contracts and agreements.
