Project - Project Management of Building Constructions II

On the basis of submitted conditions for public commercial competition and tender dossier elaborate the tender offer for the competition on the realization of given construction set. As the basis of this tender offer elaborate further documentation of the contractors preparatory documentation (tender offer) including draft of the organization plan, extent measure, performed works, terms, costs and benefits of the specific construction set. Several designate teams elaborate offer and in the end of the semester are the tender and tender evaluation carried out. This evaluations affects the final classification.

Knowledge at project planning connected with realization on the side of supplier, elaboration of proposal for public tender.

Prerequisites

Theoretic knowledge focused on construction projects from the aspect of supplier, building and technological preparation and building site accessories. Practical usage of specialized SW products for project management.

1. Assignment of project and definition of needed data for project elaboration.
2. Structural plan of building order realization
3. Organization of building order
4. Technology of building works
5.-6. Supposition of building site accessories
7.-8. Time plans of building object (SW MS Project, Contec)
9. Costs and returns plan
10. Financial plan of building order
11.-12.Elaboration of offers for public procurement process
13. Presentation and defending of project. Handover of project.

Application of knowledge and skills and acquiring practical experience at project planning connected with realization on the side of supplier, elaboration of proposal for public tender, preparing of presentation and proposal defense.
