Learning outcomes of the course unit

Student will learn the problems of the course and will get under controll the course aims, within the meaning of obtaining knowledge and skills in the field of special topics of design and realization of metal, steel-concrete and timber structures, concretized in the course schedule.

Rules for design of metal structures, static action of bearing systems.

10. Fire resistance of steel structures - basic design principles.
11. Thin-walled cold-formed structures - design principles and specific problems.
12. Limit states of thin-walled cold-formed structural members.
13. Examples of realized structures and practical design aspects.
