Quality Management of Constructions

Technology as a production process science. Explanation of this science as an area of human activity for which the human kind spends the major part of its time and power. Affecting of a living standard of each individual whereby the construction quality management ranks to the youngest branches of science.
The aim is to provide an idea of the present building industry with increasing portion of jobs on a subcontract basis. The necessity of the approach shifting towards understanding of the building technology branch from the point of view of planning pf organising and control of a wide scope of activities and pointing out of new effective approaches in the context of present terms.

1.Creation of basic documents on building: technological procedures, project quality plans, inspection and test plans
2.Ability to assurance of quality during the process of building planning
3.Ability to assurance of quality during the process of building realization
4.Understanding of tasks of building participants in the process of quality assurance on building

1. Introduction into the branch of technology of constructions
2. Recent approach to the technology of constructions
3. Technology of constructions and control of construction related processes
4. From the process control to management, approaches of building companies to management
5. Competitive capability of civil engineering, production processes of the building structure, construction technology
6. Integrated approach to the construction process securing, approaches to the quality and safety and health protection
7. Shift in the knowledge in the scientific branch of technology of constructions
8. Necessary management condition - existence of the project management
9.Principal phases of the project management, project scheduling, project objectives and review of the project feasibility 10.Inspection of project in the context with the management of changes, project implementation management, and monitoring of the works progress
11.Buildng production modelling, construction-technology project, study of the progress of important projects, human aspects in the management of projects related with construction
12.Parties in the project of construction, milestones in the projects related with construction, analysis of activities of individual construction project participants
13.Construction project management, support for time, cost and quality control and production process modelling
