Learning outcomes of the course unit

Student is able to design buildings from the point of view of space formation, operation bonds, and capacity solutions of selected types of buildings including orientation in the current legislation regarding requirements for these constructions.

Prerequisites

The curriculum is continuation of general typology of Building Science I.
Without having attended it, it is impossible to project civilbuildings. Knowledge of bricked, monolithic, wooden and steel constructions. Knowledge of TEB and fire safety of buildings.

Refinement of knowledge regarding residential buildings, new knowledge about civil buildings for the needs of projecting objects from the point of view of space formation, operation bonds, and capacity solutions of selected types of buildings, orientation of students in the current legislation regarding requirements for these constructions.
