Not applicable.

Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes

Requirements for successful completion of the subject are specified by guarantor’s regulation updated for every academic year.

Course curriculum

1. The government ordinance about health protection against adverse noise effects and vibrations no.148/2006 Col.
2. Acoustic quality criteria of enclosed spaces - voice intelligibility, optimal reverberation time, diffusion of the sound field.
3.-4. Direct and reflected sonic wave field. Even distribution of sound pressure levels in a space.
5.-6. A design of optimal dimensions and space shapes based on the calculation of natural vibration density
7. Wave, geometrical and statistical acoustics.
8.-9. The real assessment of a classroom and its reverberation time calculation from the point of view to ensure the speech quality including classroom adjustments
10. Traffic noise measurement, noise study.
11. Evaluation nois of the programme HLUK+.
12.- 13. Verification of calculations by a device measurement according to the methodical instructions for measurements and evaluations in the field of building acoustics
