Making the student acquainted with principal rules in pre-production, production and operational building preparation. Definition of particular tasks at processing of variant studies of the given construction for the site facilities, incl. specifying of office, sanitary and dump areas. Determination of the source budgets necessary for the construction for individual activities. Estimation of water and electric power consumption for the site facilities.

Learning outcomes of the course unit

The students will master the objective of the course, i.e. they gain a comprehensive overview of the construction technological planning area. They become acquainted with the methodology of creation and modelling of the principal documents of the construction technological preparation and selected documents of the production preparation of the particular building supplier. He gets practical training for a successful elaboration of the final bachelor´s thesis.

Prerequisites

Knowledge of the complete construction process and knowledge in the area of general preparation of machinery and lifting equipment.

Course curriculum

1. Pre-production preparation, construction-technology study
2. Characteristics of the building site and conditions of the building vicinity
3. Study of the implementation of the main technology phases and building work
4. Principals of the proposal of the building operation concept
5. Time and financial building plan – method of creation
6. Method of processing of individual construction-technology study documents
7. Laying out of areas for material storing, sanitary and administration buildings of the construction plant
8. Places for connection of necessary power media for construction, laying-out of utilities and their situating
9. Fixing of electric power and water demand for construction and constructional plant
10.Time and financial plan of the building execution – practical example
11.Calculations of the constructional plant area – particular building
12. Planning and verification of the crane applicability incl. proposal of the crane way and building road
13.Plan of the building operation for particular construction

Aims

The objective is to gain a complex view of a student on the problem topic of the building-technology design planning. It summarizes the methods of creation, manner of calculation and modelling of principal documents for the building-technology study and production preparation of a particular construction. Practical preparation for successful elaboration of the final bachelor work.
