Subject is inroduction into problems of building construction, his terminology, classify, structure of design and associated building parts - overall technical system constructions of building.
Subject is representing in all synergic relations towards subsequent parts of subject building construction on separate parts of building and function and use requirements on buiding as whole.

Student copes aim subject adoption basic technology and
knowledge base obtained by applid, inclusive completive elements terrestrial constructions at illumination legislative frames and types building documentation in the process of
build - up.

architecural and generally safety and use quality of building
constructions.
4. Requirements at building constructions;
resistance of constructions opposite external impacts;
Requirements at conteinmant and hygiene inside surroundings;
technological requirements;
ecological requirements;
economic requirements.
5. Construction materials;
physical and chemical properties of materials.
6. Construction design;
system model of building;
principle of construction design.
7. Technique of design;
methods and synthetic component of design.
8. Living of buildings, modernization, reconstruct;
impact of time at buildings and their parts in working order.
9. Maintenance and repairs;
modernization and reconstruct;
renovations.
10.Process and realization of building;
main participients of process;
period of process.
11.Relationship of building construction and architecture as use art;
objective components;
subjetive components;
harmony;
synthesis;
analysis of individual components.
12.Problems of using buildings by persons with reduction ability of
movement and orientation;
principle of design;
health sense of quality inside surroudings of building.
