Hazard analysis and chemical security II

Teaching methods depend on the type of course unit as specified in the article 7 of BUT Rules for Studies and Examinations.

Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes

Condition to examination is processing project according to setting teaching to the extent of course "risk analysis and chemical safety I, II".
Requirements to written examination follow from syllabus education in "risk analysis and chemical safeness I, II".

11 lectures per 2 periods
4 periods of a trip to part of the Integrated rescue system
1) Risk analyses. Analyses of disposable sources
2) Planning protective and rescue measures
3) The Integrated Rescue System, structure, tasks
4) Principles of protection of citizens
5) Crisis planning and command
6) Emergency plan of locality
7) Mission of state authorities na institutions
8) Liqudation of consequensces, specialities of natural disasters and war events
9) Typ plans for solutions of emergency situations
10) Mission of state authorities na institutions. Legilslation of the C.R. in the area of prevention and liqudation of accidents and emergency situations
11) Liqudation of consequences, specialities of natural disasters and war events. The actions each elements of IRS during the emergency situations

Aims

The course focuses on the principles of analysis of risks and disposable sources. Planning, organisation and implementation of preventive, safety and liquidation operations, precautions for inhabitants’ protection and responsibility of authorities, public institutions and physical persons and corporate bodies are also specified among the course aims.
