Learning outcomes of the course unit

Active work with one´s own and partner´s body. Through verbal communication, bodily emotions will appear. Students will be able to recognize these emotions and decode them with the help of the teacher. With the help of transformation, they will learn to control difficult conditions which are the essential gateway towards self-indentification. Through the analysis of dreams, bodily reactions and work with body, students consciously learn to use the subconscious aspects of their personalities. Thus, work with bodies has both cognitive and therapeutic effects. Students learn the ability to express intimate emotions in a group and they will be able to share them, as well as to find the sense in the fact of sharing. This will lead to personal psychosomatic information in the communication with partners and with oneself.
