Practical Enterprice Metrology

The subject provides the integrated set of basic knowledge in scientific branche metrology from the viewpoint of practical working use in the field of quality control and in the skill work with measuring gauges in mechanical production enterprices units, where the main aim is assurance of all grades in relationships from measured subject (product) to the definition of measured units. The introductory lecture part deals with nondestructive tests – defectoscopy. The further attention is directed to the legal metrology, to the general metrology and to the selected metrology parts of basic variables. Product quality is given by many factors as by material quality, production machine tools and devices (geometrical and working accuracy, the control …) measuring gauges and testing procedures. Laboratory exernices are orientated to the acquaintance of selected measuring devices, procedures and methods for assurance of production quality and practical utilization of measuring ganges.

Theoretical and practical knowledge in the course of checking technologie assurance, including calibration of used measuring gauges.

Basic knowledge in the brauche of production technology and production metrology.

Aims

To get the students acquainted with the introduction of metrological systém, with the organisation and with practical habits during measurement.

Specification of controlled education, way of implementation and compensation for absences

The absence in exercices it must be (substituted) replaced. In the case of longtime absence, it is necessary to elaborate the individual tasks and which will be defended during the credit graduation.
