Computer Aided Metrology

Quality control on the basis of the statistical methods and methods for quality support as requested by the CSN ISO Standards. Theory and applications of SPC methods, FMEA methods, Paret analysis and the others. The measuring and controlling tools and methods used in engineering metrology, especially in the area of geometrical variables. Problematics of coordinate measurement.

Learning outcomes of the course unit

The seminar is going to make possible to obtain knowledge for practical application in area implementation of systems for Quality ensurance in engineering factory. Next the students are going to obtain knowledge in area statistical methods for support of Quality and basic "Tools" and techniques. Practising of measurement a analysing measuring tools for area geometrical dimensions

Prerequisites

Basic knowledge of the system Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, knowledge of the Internet and an arbitrary 2D graphical system.

Aims

The aim is make the acquaintance of Quality and metrology in the area of comunitary law of EU and current condition in ČR.It is expecially in the area of technical normalization, metrology and proofing. Resolving basic questions of TQM (Total quality management) and practical problems of aplication norms ČSN EN ISO 9000, 14000 and 45000. One part of the seminar is detailed analysis measuring a measuring methods for area of geometrical dimensions.
