The Diploma Thesis Manual

This course consists of several teachers' input. It is divided into several topics which focus on the basic processes, procedures, and formal characteristics important for the implementation of a diploma thesis. We will focus on various types of writing, ways of expressions, division of content of the work, and to individual phases of writing the thesis: studying the bibliography, organizing the text coherently, quoting norms, formal language standards, notes, bibliography list, est.

Prerequisites

Sufficient knowledge of history and theory of art, aesthetics, general history, overview of the discipline in focus.

Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes

Students will be monitored on aplying the learnt procedures on the diploma thesis.

Students will submit a research portfolio of images and texts which are essential for the implementation of the thesis (xeroxes, copies, notes, either in paper of digital form].
