Outlines of domestic and foreign art from the 1980s to present days. Explanation of key notions of contemporary art criticism. Analysis of formal procedures and topical connections of contemporary art. Reading of theoretic texts with respect to their application in practice. Overview of basic tendencies of contemporary art and criticism. Ability of a sophisticated discussion about art and about students´ own creation.

Overview of basic tendencies of contemporary art and criticism. Ability of a sophisticated discussion about art and about students´ own creation.

Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes

50% attendance at lectures. Conclusion: test above 70% without examination.
Test evaluated by the ECTS scale.
