Enhancement of fundamental knowledge in the field of spatial planning, urban planning system, processing and approval of planning documentation, understanding
technical infrastructure in planning and supervision of urban and rural development, introduction into new furban principles of function of settlement components and their’s relations, creation of preconditions for tenure of authorized civil engineer profession.
