Anticorrosive protection of reinforcement - reason, checking and acceptance of work. Repair mortars and concrete, basic demands for repair mortars and concrete, reference surfaces, Analysis and strategy of rehabilitation design. Selection of materials. Adhesion of repair materials with repaired concrete. Methods of re-profiling. Increase of beams shear strength. Improvement of shear transfer among elements. Strengthening of beams. Stabilization and strengthening in joints. Stabilization of cracks. Strategy and methods of concrete protection. Guarantee and post-guarantee inspections.

Aims

The rehabilitation of reinforced structures is during last 10 years an up-to-date, dynamically developing trend in building industry. The subject-leaver obtains actual information about the whole rehabilitation process,design of rehabilitation and its execution (technology, materials etc.) Obtains the informatin about repair mortars and concrete. Elaboration of practical Individual project includes detailed technological design of specific repair works.
