Principles of general theories of quality, products, applications for buildings
Individual seminary work according to the topic of doctoral work
Development of opinions about building’s quality in market economy
General model of construction object and the possibilities of choice of its parts

Development of quality parameters in time. Influence of loading and environment. Limit states and their parameters. Problematic of planned life expectancy and durability of building.

Laboratory methods of materials, parts and constructions durability verification. Work in laboratory

Overview of certificated management systems, overview of methods of the accord assessment, overview of the tools of quality management, basic knowledge from the area of the management, the measurement, the monitoring, the analysis, the improvement and the auditing of formalized management systems in conditions of civil firms.

11.Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Design of Experiment (DOE)
12.Auditing SMJ according to the ČSN EN ISO 19011
13.EFQM Excellence model, TQM. New knowledge in the area of QMS

Aims

Mastering of this subject brings to students abilities and skill from the area of the management, the measurement, the monitoring, the analysis and the improving of the processes and products quality in conditions of the civil firm, next then knowledge from the area of the statistic process management, used methods for the improving of the productin efficiency, Quality Function Deployment (QFD), Design of Experiment (DOE), Risk management, EXQM Excellence model, TQM and next tools of successful quality management.
