Creative management - winter

The course deals with art projects management - from preparations to implementation. We will learn to prepare materials for sponsors and grants, learn to draft a realistic budget, schedule the project, build the team and the PR. We will learn to precisely define the main objectives and positives of the project, and also look at the relationship of the artists/manager. What can an artist expect from the project producer, what can and should the artist do her/himself.

Students will know basic elements of organizing an art project.

Basic orientation about contemporary art world - galleries, projects, tendencies.
