Typography - winter

The course introduces students to the history and development of typography, to its specific systems and types, to book binding and creation of signs, to technology of print and to the communication with printing works. It leads students to development of invention and diligence.

To prepare students for independent work with type/writing/script, for the original solution of printed materials, for the creation of signs, with the help of their knowledge of history, contemporary art and technologies.
