Czech-English dictionary of university terms

The dictionary was created to promote uniformity of translation within the University.

The Dictionary is intended for all those involved in the creation of English versions of websites, documents (e.g. forms, legislation), promotional materials, presentations and other materials related to the University. It is also intended as a basis for translations commissioned from external translators.

The Dictionary was created in cooperation with CEITEC BUT, the University's Personnel Departments and selected Departments of the Rectorate.

The dictionary is under the responsibility of the Personnel Development Department and is regularly updated.
