GENDER EQUALITY PLAN OF THE BUT 2025-2028

In the period from September to December 2024, the BUT conducted a re-audit of the BUT Gender Equality Plan 2022-2024.

Dear employees,

As part of the re-audit, related processes and internal legislation were reviewed, several focus groups and individual interviews were conducted. As in 2021, we have cooperated with Gender Studies o.p.s. The revised BUT Gender Equality Plan 2025-2028 is available in both Czech and English.

The obligation for an institution to have a realistic, i.e. achievable GEP is a condition for obtaining Horizon Europe projects, a minimum standard for GA CR, TA CR and other funders.
