Public Procurement Department
Competence
The Department ensures in particular:
- coordination, standardization and unification of public procurement practices at the BUT,
- methodological support to BUT components in public procurement,
- organisation and administration of public procurement of the Rector's Office and, upon request, of public procurement of BUT units, including keeping their continuous records,
- coordination, organisation and administration of centralised procurement,
- contract management
- representing the BUT in administrative proceedings and disputes concerning public procurement,
- keeping records of administrative proceedings and disputes in connection with public procurement,
- administration of electronic public procurement tools.
