Financial support for students

International students coming to Brno University of Technology for Erasmus+ placements are entitled to receive accommodation scholarship. An application for accommodation scholarship is submitted online. The instructions how to apply are available here. The students will receive decision on granting an accommodation scholarship for the entire period of their stay at Brno University of Technology in the given calendar year online at their BUT email. The respective amount will be given by Rector’s decision. At the moment the accommodation scholarship is in amount of 600 CZK/a month. The scholarship will be paid in cash at the cash desk at the Rector’s Office.

On their arrival, international students coming for Erasmus+ placements will be offered a one-week course of Czech language, free of charge. 

International students are entitled to take their meals at subsidized prices at the facitilities (canteen, Menza) operated by Brno University of Technology.
