On the project
Projekt s využitím simulace a experimentálního ověření řeší vliv změn homogenity statického a vf magnetického pole měřených vodivých vzorků na MR obrazy a vyvine speciální číslicovou filtraci MR snímaných dat s využitím waveletovské transformace signálu. Projekt přispěje k rozvoji MR zobrazovacích technik, zejména MRI a MRS technik pro živé objekty – člověka a živočichy. Postup řešení projektu předpokládá: 1) Simulaci a experimentální ověření vlivu magnetické susceptibility a vodivosti MR vzorku na homogenitu stacionárního i vf excitačního magnetického pole. 2) Rozvoj filtračních technik na principu bank filtrů s waveletovou bází pro zpracování MR signálu. 3) Návrh metodiky měření a zpracování získaných MR obrazů s ohledem na eliminaci zkreslení obrazu způsobeného uvedenými vlivy. 4) Experimentální ověření navržených technik.
Description in EnglishUsing simulation and experimental verification the project solves the effect of changes in homogeneity of static and HF magnetic fields evoked by specimen made from conductive and/or magnetic material in MR tomographs. Design of the MR signals digital filtering techniques based on multirate systems and wavelet transformation will be part of the solution. The project will contribute to the development of the magnetic resonance imaging methods, especially MRI and MRS in vivo studies. Solution progress of the project presupposes: 1) Simulation and experimental verification of the magnetic susceptibility and the electrical conductivity influence of the specimen to the homogeneity of the static and hf fields. 2) Design of the digital filtering techniques based on principles of wavelet filter banks for MR signal processing. 3) Methodological design of MR measuring and image processing methods with respect to elimination of image distortion. 4) Experimental verification of designed techniques.
