On the project
The project is focused in the research of the methodology of the complex synthesis of antennas on periodic substrates those can be used in advanced communication systems and special applications. Attention is turned to the development of novel accurate and efficient numerical models of antennas, to advanced approaches to the composition of adequate multi-criteria objective functions, to the development of hybrid techniques for global computing of the Pareto set of optimal solutions, and to the carefull experimental verifications of synthesized antennas.

Projekt je zaměřen na základní výzkum v oblasti multi-kriteriální optimalizace pokročilých antén na speciálních substrátech. Důraz je kladen na výzkum přesné a efektivní syntézy anténní struktury jako celku, včetně syntézy nových materiálů zlepšujících parametry antény. Antény budou syntetizovány s ohledem na jejich využití v bezdrátových komunikačních systémech blízké budoucnosti. Výzkum je koncipován v souladu se zaměřením projektu COST IC 0603.
