On the project

Cílem projektu je studium fragmentace organosilikonových molekul v FR plazmatu. Kromě experimentální práce budou probíhat ab inition výpočty molekulárních stavů organosilikonů a jejich fragmentů. Výsledky práce budou využity v oblasti plazmochemické depozice tenkých vrstev.

Description in English
The main goal of the project is the study of organosilicone molecules fragmentation in RF plasma. Besides the experimental work the numeric ab initio simulation of the organosilicone molecular states and their fragments will be completed. The results will be used in the field of plasma deposition of thin layers.
