Suburbanization (or urban sprawl) start to be a phenomenon of urbanization during last 10 years. Small towns, which lies in the hinterland of large cities, start to grow up due to migration from large city to small towns. Small towns support this migration. There is no enough information in the small towns local goverments about number of negatives in such development. The project aim is describe problems connected with suburbanization in the small towns and find tools for towns "size optimalization" from the economical funciotns point of view in the future. The project continue project of Ministry for Local Development WB 44200452 " Dwelling policy for middle and small towns". The project will be verify in the key study for the Jaroměř town.
