On the project
Projekt se soustředí na interdisciplinární studium fyzikálních procesů, které se uplatňují v povrchové vrstvě vnějších kontaktních zateplovacích systémů (ETICS), způsobujíce postupné zhoršování užitných vlastností, ústící v degradaci materiálu. Spojením experimentálních přístupů ve stavebně fyzikální laboratoři i na reálné stavbě s výpočtovým modelováním, využívajícím netriviálních metod aplikované a numerické matematiky, lze dospět jak k novým teoretickým závěrům, tak k praktickým doporučením, užitečným pro projektanty ETICS.

The projects pays attention to the interdiscipinary study of physical processes, active in the surfce layer of external thermal insulation contact systems (ETICS),
causing slow deterioration of user properties, resulting in material degradation. The cooperation of experimental approaches in the laboratory of building physics and in some building objects with the computational modelling, exploiting non-trivial methods of applied and numerical mathematics, offers a possibility to derive both new theoretical results and practical recommendations, useful for ETICS designers.
