On the project
PRISTINE will investigate and develop a policy description and configuration framework and a set of abstract APIs to enable the networking community to effectively exploit all the programmability features enabled by RINA, the Recursive Internetwork Architecture. Moreover, PRISTINE will apply these APIs and framework to develop policies targeting different use cases: effective congestion control, security in distributed clouds and energy efficient addressing and routing.

PRISTINE bude zkoumat a vyvíjet popisy sdílených politik a jejich konfigurace
spolu s celou řadou API, kteréžto všechny by co nejvíc vytěžily z nové
internetové architektury RINA (Recursive Internetwork Architecture). Navíc k tomu
se v rámci PRISTINE tyto politiky implementují a jejich činnost ukáže na
případech použití jako je řízení zahlcení, bezpečnost v distribuovaných cloudech
a energetická úspornost směrování.
