Termosety jsou specifické svým křehkým chováním, což eliminuje jejich využití pro některé aplikace. Plnění různými typy plniv (celulózovými vlákny na úrovni mikro a nano, nebo plnění kopolymerem butadienu a akrylonitrilu), lze u polymerní matrice dosáhnout signifikantní zvýšení duktilního chování.

Thermosets are specific to their fragile behavior, what is the eliminating factor of their usage for certain applications. The performance of different types of fillers (cellulose fibers at the micro and nano or the performance of a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile) in the polymer matrix can achieve a significant increase of ductile parameter.
