Projekt se věnuje problematice návrhu analogových obvodů určených pro zpracování signálů a popisovaných funkcemi fraktálního řádu. Jde především o návrh fraktálních kmitočtových filtrů, oscilátorů a dalších funkčních bloků, jako jsou syntetické prvky nebo PID kontroléry. Jsou využity různé návrhové přístupy jako je aproximace fraktálního systému či náhrada fraktálních prvků jejich blízkým ekvivalentem a také je řešen vlastní popis a návrh fraktálních prvků pomocí rezistivně kapacitních struktur s rozprostřenými parametry. Navrhované struktury funkčních bloků využívají kromě operačních zesilovačů především netradiční aktivní prvky jako jsou proudové a napěťové konvejory a další typy aktivních prvků popisované v literatuře. V rámci řešení projektu jsou využity zkušenosti řešitelského kolektivu v oblasti návrhu analogových obvodů, kdy výstupem projektu je především popis původních řešení obvodových struktur, jejichž chování je ověřováno jak simulacemi tak i experimentálními měřeními. Takto získané výstupy jsou publikovány v renomovaných časopisech, které se věnují dané výzkumné oblasti.

Description in English
The project deals with the design of analogue function blocks suitable for signal processing and described by means of fractional-order functions. These are mainly the fractal frequency filters, oscillators and others, such as synthetic elements or PID controllers. For the design, various techniques such as approximation of the fractal system or replacement of the fractal element by its close equivalent are used, whereas the description and design on fractal elements by means of resistive-capacitance elements with distributed parameters is also performed. Besides opamps, the proposed structures of the function blocks use mainly non-conventional active elements, i.e. current and voltage conveyors, and other types described in literature. Within the project, the experience of the research team in the area of analogue circuit design is used, when the project outputs mainly describe original solutions of structures, whose behaviour is verified both by simulations and experimental measurements. The obtained results are published in journals with the scope in this research area.
