On the project
In the project we propose to demonstrate the feasibility of fabricating multi-layer stack actuators using two established compositions (KNN and BCZT), and utilising noble metal electrodes so that fabrication can involve sintering temperatures above 1000 °C. Actuator performance will be compared to that predicted from the material parameters.
