On the project

In live cell imaging, the trends are moving from manual evaluation to automated analysis. This project will be focusing on dynamic cellular processes and their automated recognition and classification. The cells will be imaged by coherence-controlled holographic microscope. The project can be seen as an extension of the last year’s project “Automated detection of apoptosis”. However, in this project, the time-lapse measurements of cell behaviour will be acquired instead of static images and algorithms for time-series analysis will be employed.
