On the project

Projekt vychází z předchozí experimentální práce v Laboratoři přenosu tepla a proudění, kdy byly studovány chladicí účinky proudu kapaliny (voda a olejové i neolejové emulze) při dopadu na horký povrch. Bylo prokázáno, že chladicí účinky sině závisí na teplotě chlazeného povrchu, ale také na kinetické energii dopadajícího proudu a na vlastnostech povrchu, tedy zejména na jeho drsnosti a případně pokrytí vrstvou oxidů.
