Automatizovaný systém odstranění nežádoucích částic
Description in EnglishThe aim of the project is the development and introduction of new methods of locating metallic and nonmetallic particles and then remove them to a continuous manufacturing processes for the production of tires and other industries, without any limit production. Detection system of metallic or non-metallic particles is now common, however, no product and is not patented system that could locate the particle with an accuracy of a few cm across the width of the conveyor belt and subsequently a process to remove, without in any way limit the process. This process is required in a system for producing tires, which is currently necessary when finding the particles stop the process area of the entire strip cut, then connect the belt and the process run.
