Projekt se zaměří na získání nových poznatků o uplatňování etiky ve veřejné správě. Bude je interpretovat v kontextu mezinárodních zkušeností, zkušeností soukromého sektoru, kde jsou iniciativy v oblasti etiky a integrity rozvíjeny masivněji a dlouhodoběji, a ve světle doporučení OECD a Evropské komise. Přinese komplexní přístup k etickým problémům, který bude komplementární k dosud dominujícímu právnímu pohledu. Nově navrhne vytvoření celkového rámce/infrastruktury ve formě nástrojů, procesů a podpůrných struktur. Potřebnost projektu vyplývá m.j ze Strategického rámce ČR do r.2030 v oblasti vládnutí a ze zákona o státní službě, což potvrzuje aplikační garant.Výstupy v podobě etického rámce, vzdělávacího programu i učebního textu budou vypracovány v úzké součinnosti s garantem.

The project will focus on gaining new knowledge on the application of ethics in public administration. It will interpret them in the context of international experience, private sector experience, where ethical and integrity initiatives are developed more massively and in the longer term, and in the light of OECD and European Commission recommendations. It will bring a comprehensive approach to ethical issues that is complementary to the prevailing legal perspective. It will propose the creation of an overall framework / infrastructure in the form of tools, processes and support structures. The need for the project follows, among other things, from the Strategic Framework of the Czech Republic until 2030 in the area of ​​governance and the Civil Service Act, which is confirmed by the application guarantor.
