Duration: 01.03.2018 — 28.02.2019
Funding resources
Brno University of Technology - Vnitřní projekty VUT
- whole funder (2018-01-01 - 2019-12-31)
On the project
The general goal of this project is to develop gravimetric gas sensing devices based on advanced gas sensitive materials consisting of conductive polymers (e.g., polypyrrole) and quantum dots (QDs, e.g., CdTe), to monitor the low concentrations of most frequently gaseous biomarkers (e.g., ethanol, acetone, and toluene) found in the specific diseases such as lung/breast cancer, diabetes, and kidney failure.
